Douglas and Janice Gearhart
Douglas and Janice Gearhart are strong supporters of education. Douglas is a veteran of the U.S. Army and Janice earned a master's degree and additional credits for certification in secondary school administration from Shippensburg University. She taught for 18 years before serving as assistant principal, principal, and supervisor of personnel. The Gearharts established this scholarship to assist students in their pursuit of an education from Shippensburg University, which they hope will lead to a bright future and successful career.
