	Dr. Max Cooley Dr. Cooley was a Professor Emeritus of Business Education at Shippensburg University. He served in numerous administrative roles from 1970 until his retirement in 1984. Dr. Cooley led several community and professional organizations and was past president of the PA Association of Adult Education, having received an award for "Exemplary Service and Leadership."
