	Harold U. and Helen F. Crouse Harold U. and Helen F. Crouse both graduated from Shippensburg State Teachers College (now Shippensburg University). Harold taught prior to serving with the U.S. Navy in WWII. Following the war, he embarked on a successful banking career and served as president of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association and as a trustee to Shippensburg University’s Council of Trustees, chairing it for five years.
