	M. Earl Berkheimer This scholarship was established in 1989, by M. Earl Berkheimer ’32 as a memorial to his dear wife Erna Wright Berkheimer. Mrs. Berkheimer, although not a graduate of Shippensburg University, received her education in public and business schools in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She spent the majority of her career as an assistant to the Deputy City Treasurer of the city of Harrisburg. Erna Berkheimer committed her life to the betterment of others.
