Nancy Kelley Ashton
Nancy Kelley Ashton wanted to memorialize her beloved mother, Mildred Jarrett Kelley, a 1916 graduate of the Cumberland Valley State Normal School, by establishing a scholarship in her honor. Mother and daughter both shared a love for Western Art Music, which consists of music originating from Russia, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and the United States of America.
