Elizabeth and William Angus
Elizabeth Angus selected SU to accomplish her goal of becoming a teacher. After teaching for many years, she and her husband, Bill Angus, opened a tutoring center offering help in basic skills, SAT preparation, and computer literacy. Elizabeth also taught special education teachers throughout New Jersey how to best integrate new technologies into their instruction methods. Elizabeth and Bill Angus established their scholarship to give worthy students the same opportunity Elizabeth had at Shippensburg, which led to a successful and fulfilling career in the field of education.
