	Darby D. Muggio While a student at Shippensburg, Mrs. Muggio was a recipient of a SICO Scholarship. After her graduation in 1960, Mrs. Muggio taught kindergarten, first, and second grades in the Central Dauphin and Shippensburg School Districts. She retired after teaching 26 years. Mr. Muggio was a four-year veteran of the United States Navy and completed his studies at Shippensburg in 1965. He was employed by AMP Inc. and was a business manager for several medical practices before he began his own financial planning business - Muggio Associates. Scholarships associated with Darby D.
