James and Lisa Skiles
James and Lisa Skiles, owners of Skiles Excavating Inc., established this scholarship in memory of their son, Brandon E. Skiles, who passed away in December 2018. Brandon was a lead operator at Skiles Excavating, where he worked alongside his father, brother, and sister. Both of his siblings were Shippensburg University graduates.
