	Steven E. Snyder In loving memory of his parents and their strong belief in the importance of education, Steve Snyder '76 established a scholarship in his parents' names. H. Elstun and Cecelia Snyder shared a strong belief in education. Elstun enlisted in the U.S. Navy after graduating from high school. He later attended classes at Temple University and Thompson Business School. Cecelia graduated from high school at age 16 and immediately began working, as many women did during WWII.
