	Robert and Marty LeGrand, Mark Miller and Joan Beall Dr. Mark Lipper joined the faculty of Shippensburg State Teachers College (now SU) in 1959, teaching English and journalism courses. He also served as the director of public relations and alumni director. Dr. Lipper had a positive impact on hundreds of journalism students at the institution of higher learning now known as Shippensburg University.
