Nate and Lynne Douty
Nate Douty, a first generation college student, graduated from Shippensburg University in 1978. Nate returned to his alma mater to earn a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership. Nate is a veteran in the Human Resources profession and served as Vice President of Human Resources for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R) for 14 years. Currently, he is an independent contractor and consultant in Human Resources and Leadership. Nate has achieved his SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Lynne Douty has worked in the dental field since 1980 after attending Central Penn College. Both Nate and Lynne have remained passionate and engaged in the Shippensburg University family over the years.
