Jiem and Trudy Cranney
The Richard A. Cranney Sr. Veteran’s Award was established by Jiem and Trudy Cranney, in memory of Jiem’s late father, Richard A. Cranney Sr., in recognition of his fathers’ selfless service to the U.S. Armed Forces and in recognition of all of those who have served, or are serving in the U.S. military. Jiem and Trudy both graduated from Shippensburg University and are very happy and thankful for the outstanding education they received there. Jiem served in the U.S. Army prior to college and also was in the U.S. Army Reserve and Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He was a member of ROTC while attending Shippensburg. He now works for Ford Motor Company as a finance executive. Trudy has worked in human resources management and now is an elementary school teacher. Jiem and Trudy are pleased to be support the educational pursuits of veterans and their families while attending Shippensburg University.
